Krish moved to London over 18 years ago and has since found a meaningful way to give back to the city he now calls home by caring for its elderly residents and people living with disabilities. Though his career began in IT and consulting for several Fortune 500 companies in the UK and abroad, Krish always felt something was missing and longed to be an entrepreneur. His time working for a door-to-door transport service for the elderly and disabled was transformative, sparking the realization that he could make a significant impact in social care. This led him to pursue a more meaningful career by founding Right at Home in North London.
Caring for the vulnerable resonates deeply with Krish’s core values, and motivated him to make a pivotal career change. His personal experience with family members affected by conditions like MS and cancer has given him a unique insight into the importance of high-quality care. Determined to raise standards in the home care sector, Krish strives to provide an unparalleled level of service. He is particularly proud of his team’s achievement in earning an ‘Outstanding ‘rating on their first inspection by the care regulators, the CQC - a distinction held by only 3% of care providers in the UK.
Krish’s approach to care is guided by a simple yet powerful question: "Would this level of care be good enough for my own loved ones?" This principle drives him to consistently exceed expectations. He believes that the well-being of his team directly influences the well-being of his clients, and he is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment where his staff feel valued and motivated. Outside of work, Krish is passionate about travel and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two sons. He also remains committed to supporting care work and charities in India, where he grew up.
