Tina

Tina has a deep passion for caring for the elderly, a commitment that was inspired by her experience of caring for her parents during their time of need. This personal journey fuelled her desire to support others facing similar challenges. Before her marriage, Tina worked as a nursery teacher, where she found immense joy in nurturing and bringing happiness to the children in her care. Holding a Level 3 Diploma in Child Care, she later returned to the workforce as a domiciliary carer after taking time to focus on her family, continuing her dedication to providing compassionate and personalised care.

Eager to further her expertise in elder care, Tina is planning to pursue a Level 3 qualification in this field. She finds great fulfilment in offering companionship, support, and assistance to those in their later years, and she approaches each day as an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their lives. Tina’s role as a carer allows her to bring comfort and dignity to those she serves, and she embraces this responsibility with deep purpose and compassion.

Outside of her professional role, Tina also manages various administrative tasks in the office and enjoys building strong connections with her colleagues. As a trainer, she takes pride in welcoming new team members and sharing her knowledge to help fellow carers grow and succeed. Tina balances her professional responsibilities with her personal life, where she cherishes time with her family. She believes that every interaction is an opportunity to bring comfort and joy to those in need, and she remains dedicated to making a positive impact every day.
