Heather Graham
Learning and Development Officer
Heather is responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing high-quality training programs that equip our teams with the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional care. She also administrates our Learning Management System.
With over 20 years of experience in further education, Heather brings her innovative and learner-focused approaches to our training provision, championing the development and maintenance of high-quality training standards. Her contributions to training and development have seen her recognised through award wins, including a Princess Royal Training Award and City & Guilds Membership Award.

Before I developed my passion for education, I studied an MSc in Marine Ecology so at weekends you can usually find me indulging my enthusiasm for conservation by volunteering in Visitor Engagement at my local zoo!”
