As Business Support Manager, Lee works with Right at Home owners to define business goals and put strategies in place to achieve them. Lee guides the network by offering coaching and providing guidance to bring a positive change. Lee has a wealth of knowledge in leading large teams in the hospitality industry and believes that customer experience should always be at the heart of everything we do. His knowledge base comes from a background of sales and marketing management roles with an abundance of enthusiasm towards business development and networking. Outside of work Lee enjoys coaching his daughters football team.
