Sharon has over 15 years’ experience in the care sector as a Registered Manager and many more in business management, she achieved her Honours Degree in Health & Social Care, therefore is well placed to the role of Head of Business Support for Right at Home UK.

She supports her franchisees to optimise their business and ultimately provide outstanding care in their locality.

Sharon is integral to the Right Start process for new franchisees supporting them through those early months and beyond.
