Wendy has 8 years experience within Healthcare Recruitment and Management. She has recruited Care Assistants, Support Workers and Nurses within a fast-paced temporary recruitment agency and more recently recruited Registered Managers and Nurse Managers into permanent roles. Wendy has managed teams of Recruitment Consultants, Trainers and Administrators at a local branch level and has achieved her Level 5 Healthcare Management and Leadership Qualification, so has excellent knowledge of the care industry.
