Right at Home scooped two awards at the 2021 Home Care Awards, held on Friday 23 April.
Right at Home UK was announced the winner of the ‘Recruitment, Retention and Staff Expertise’ award and Right at Home Portsmouth, which is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, beat strong competition to be named the winner of the ‘Team Support’ category.
The annual Home Care Awards seek out examples of the expertise of companies providing homecare in the UK and praise the teams that are making a difference by looking to raise standards. This year’s virtual awards ceremony paid tribute to the providers who have excelled during the pandemic.
2021 has already delivered a string of award wins for Right at Home UK, including:
- The prestigious Best Franchise Award
- EWiF’s Woman Franchisor of the Year for Chief Operating Officer Lucy Campbell
- National 5* Employer status from the independent research company WorkBuzz, following Right at Home’s annual CareGiver satisfaction survey. 27 local Right at Home offices were also awarded individual 5* Employer status.

Right at Home – which has a growing network of 65+ franchises across the UK – also achieved a High Commendation during the awards ceremony, for its response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
