Celebrating summer across the Right at Home network
Franchise offices up and down the country have been hosting summer soirées and attending local seasonal events over the last few months.

Right at Home franchise offices across the country have been celebrating the summer in style this year!
Despite the interchangeable weather, our care teams in Tyneside and North Cheshire, down to Mid Hampshire, Maidenhead, London and Solent, have taken the time to attend community events and host summer soirées for their deserving staff and Clients over the last few months.
Up in Tyneside, the team took part in the Q Pride Festival held in Quorom Park in June. A proud believer in creating an inclusive work environment, the franchise was keen to celebrate current and future staff from the LGBTQ+ community.
Meanwhile in Mid Hampshire, the team held a grand party earlier this month to celebrate 10 years of dedicated service.
The party brought together CareGivers, office staff, Clients and their families for an afternoon of celebration, which included afternoon tea and live music from a Rat Pack Singer.

Speaking at the event, Right at Home Mid Hampshire Owner Nick Turner said: "I am overjoyed to have reached this incredible milestone. Looking around, I can't thank our care staff, office staff, clients, and their families enough.
“I am so grateful that we have reached a point where I have everything I could have ever hoped for. Thank you to all of my amazing staff who have been so integral to us being here today, 10 years on."
The feedback from Clients was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing how much they enjoyed the event and the sense of community it created.
Long standing Client, John Carpenter, said: “I very much enjoyed myself and ate too much of their splendid offering. I enjoyed talking to Right at Home’s other clients and to Nick about the founding of his branch.”
Over in Maidenhead, the franchise hosted a summer barbecue last week to reward their valued staff for their hard work, while RaH Solent held a pizza party to celebrate nine years of service, a 5 Star Employer Award and its second Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission.
And in Central London, Owner Sarah Beshir held a garden party in Mayfair for her staff and their families last month. The outing followed a two-day exhibit at the Alzheimer's and Dementia Show at ExCeL London.
At Right at Home, our Franchise Owners regularly celebrate and reward their staff to ensure they feel recognised and valued. Community engagement is also key to improving the quality of life of existing Clients and acquiring new customers.
RaH Solent's pizza party gave Clients, CareGivers and office staff a chance to socialise outside of work.
Next month, we’ll share the news from our Solent franchise about a summer exhibition the team is hosting, featuring artwork made by their Clients at local coffee clubs held throughout the year.
The Mayor of Fareham will open the exhibition on August 10th.
