Right at Home leads the way in the 2022 Homecare.co.uk review scores

The Right at Home franchise network has retained its position among the UK's top 20 homecare providers on the leading independent review site, homecare.co.uk.

The site lists its top 20 homecare providers by regional, and top 20 homecare groups, of which there are 678 listed at the time of writing.

The awards go to companies with the highest review scores, as generated from the feedback of people they care for, as well as their family and friends.

Right at Home delivers highly personalised care services, enabling adults of all ages to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their own home.

As a collective, the Right at Home UK network has an impressive overall score of 9.9/10 on the homecare.co.uk website as of May 2022, making it the most highly rated major homecare franchise brand in the UK.

There are currently over 2,300 reviews on the website for Right at Home's 70+ offices in England and Wales.

In addition to achieving top 20 homecare group status, 20 of Right at Home’s locally owned and operated offices were named in the top 20 homecare providers in their respective regions.

Highlights from the awards include:

• Four Right at Home offices in East England being named in the top 20, out of 1,157 providers
• Three Right at Home offices in South East England being named in the top 20, out of 1,606 providers
• Four Right at Home offices in North West England being named in the top 20, out of 1,052 providers
• Three Right at Home offices in London being named in the top 20, out of 1569 providers

In addition to the network’s national award, 20 of its individual Right at Home offices also achieved local 5* Employer status, demonstrating the importance the Right at Home network places on supporting its staff.
