Quality homecare provider Right at Home celebrated the signing of two new Franchise Agreements in January, taking their network up to 59 franchisees.
The award-winning franchise delivers exceptional person-centred care and companionship services. They enable adults, who need additional support, to live at home with maximum independence.
Since launching in the UK in 2010, Right at Home has followed a measured growth strategy. They pledge to only work with franchisees who demonstrate the skills and attributes needed to succeed in this highly-regulated sector.
Owners operate from a local office, appointing a fully-registered care professional and team of CareGivers. You don’t need previous experience in the care sector to consider a Right at Home franchise, simply a burning passion to provide outstanding care and give back to your local community.
The two new Right at Home owners, who completed their training in February, are now following a tailored start-up support plan. This involves preparing their offices for trading, recruiting staff and generating brand awareness in their territories, as they await registration from the Care Quality Commission.
Jack Miller, who with his father Julian, is opening Right at Home in Chippenham and Trowbridge, has become Right at Home’s youngest franchisee, at the age of 25.
Jack trained alongside Maria Nieves, who at 52 says the time is right, after raising a family, for her to focus on building a business in her chosen territory of Oxford.
“It’s fantastic to see two new franchisees coming into the Right at Home network. Whilst they all share our core values, they are coming into this at different stages of their professional careers,” says Franchise Recruitment Manager, Kate Dilworth.
“It’s further evidence of franchising being an ideal vehicle to realise your ambitions; age and experience are no barrier, once you’ve found the right opportunity.”
