RaH is Going for Gold: Paris Olympics-inspired annual conference to take place this month!

Dozens of Franchise Owners from across the country will fly the flag for Right at Home this month when they arrive in Cheshire for our 10th Annual Conference.
After three years at St George’s Park, England’s football training ground, the baton has been passed to the beautiful Mottram Hall in Wilmslow to host an exciting event inspired by the Paris 2024 Olympics.
The two-day conference, to be held on September 18-19, will focus on how RaH Franchise Owners can equip and motivate their teams to propel their businesses onwards and upwards.
We will also reflect upon and celebrate achievements across our 80+ franchises over the last year, embrace our learnings and share our exciting plans for the year ahead.

The Annual Conference will also give franchisees the opportunity to hear from influential speakers, attend compelling panel discussions and share ideas and best practices with their peers.
After an inspiring first day, attendees will get the chance to unwind during a game of football or our popular yoga session and enjoy informal drinks and a BBQ dinner. The venue is also home to £15 million Champneys Spa facility and an impressive 18-hole Championship Golf Course.
Day two will feature practical workshops on the topics of training, building an all-star team and strategies for driving growth.
Eagerly awaited by all franchisees, our keynote speaker this year is Dr Steve Ingham, one of the leading brains behind Team GB’s recent Olympic successes.
He will deliver a fascinating and inspiring talk about team cohesion, innovative leadership and peak performance.
Steve has been integral to the development of Britain into an Olympic superpower. He has provided support to more than 1,000 athletes, including Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill, Sir Steve Redgrave and Sir Matthew Pinsent.
The conference will draw to a close with the return of our prestigious Celebration Awards and gala dinner. This much-anticipated event will celebrate the achievements of local offices across the network, shining a spotlight on those who have gone the extra mile to support their Clients and make a difference in their local communities over the last 12 months.
