We invited care professionals from across the network to take part in a video shoot, giving them the star treatment at a London studio.

Our fast-growing National Office team is supercharging its franchise support offering this month with the launch of a network-wide campaign.

The campaign, entitled More than Care, aims to showcase the breadth of responsibilities involved in caring for people at home and highlight the vast range of career opportunities available in the care sector.

Working in collaboration with Franchise Owners across the country, we invited their staff members to take part in a professional photo and video shoot, giving them the star treatment at a London studio before interviewing them on how working for Right at Home has changed their lives.

Ahead of the campaign launch, National Office has armed the network with a range of marketing collateral, including videos, social media posts, press release templates and print materials, enabling Franchise Owners to share the campaign in their area and boost their brand awareness.

Our CareGivers inspiring stories will be compiled into a 'yearbook' style resource that showcases the level of reward that a career in care offers you.

The campaign also gives franchisees the opportunity to highlight the true impact of their services on the lives of their Clients and shine a deserving spotlight on their workforce.

Cruella Howard has worked as a Healthcare and Support Worker at RaH Bournemouth for four years.
Naveed Amjad, a CareGiver at RaH Maidenhead, also features in the recruitment campaign.

Heather Wehrle, Director of People and Brand at Right at Home said: “I am always in awe of the stories of unbelievable dedication to supporting individuals to live their lives to the fullest, in the safe and comfortable surroundings of their home. The impact our care teams can have on our Clients and their communities is profound. I hope this campaign allows others to see how this sector delivers so much more than care.”

More Than Care launches with insights from Cruella, who has been a CareGiver at RaH Bournemouth for the last four years. You will be able to read her story and more via Right at Home UK's social media pages so please make sure you follow us!

The campaign launch reflects Right at Home's commitment to providing industry-leading support to our Franchise Owners across the country, ensuring they have the best environment to succeed.

It also follows a period of growth within our marketing department at National Office, with seven new recruits joining the team in recent months, including a Marketing Manager, Campaigns Officer and Digital Coordinator.
