Right at Home hailed as 'beacon of quality’ as we achieve near-perfect reviews score

The score is based on over 3,500 reviews, written by people we care for and their families, across 81 locations.

We are proud to announce that our national reviews score now shows as 9.9/10, reflecting the strength and quality of our homecare services across the country.

The Right at Home network has collectively achieved this near-perfect score from more than 3,500 entries on the independent review site Homecare.co.uk, written by people we care for and their families, across 81 locations. It means the brand remains the most highly rated large care provider in the UK.

Right at Home CEO Lucy Campbell said: “Right at home is renowned for being a trusted brand with a relentless commitment to quality - a reputation which can be strongly authenticated by credible sources. Of course, such validation does not come any better than in the form of independent reviews from our clients and their loved ones, and I could not be prouder of our network to have topped the Homecare.co.uk charts with a score of 9.9.

“For a long time, we have held to the highest group score out of any major homecare provider on Homecare.co.uk, and this latest achievement speaks to the extraordinary lengths our network go to, so that we can make the most meaningful difference to the lives of the clients we support.”

The increase in our collective review score comes just weeks after we were recognised as one of the Top 20 Homecare Groups in the UK by homecare.co.uk.

In addition to this national recognition, 22 local offices across the RaH network were named in the Top 20 Home Care Providers for their respective areas. This highlights the impassioned work and dedication of our care teams across the UK.
