Right at Home recognised as a 5 star business!

Across the country, Right at Home’s staff and Clients have rated their services and strengths as an employer, resulting in Five Star status for the quality homecare brand.

Right at Home is a homecare franchise which prides itself on a collective passion to be the UK’s most trusted home care provider. But they don’t just take their own word for it. The thoughts and opinions of local staff and Clients using their services on a local level, are crucial to understanding how well the brand is doing, in their desire to offer exceptional homecare.

In the Spring 2019, WorkBuzz released a survey for franchisees’ business, designed to help franchisors gauge how well their networks are doing. Right at Home, who has a network of over 60 like-minded franchisees, has achieved impressive results, showing how valued franchise employees feel, and how much their Clients appreciate the high standard care delivered to them, every day.

At a network level, overall Right at Home was recognised as a 5* employer!

Right at Home franchisees achieved impressive average scores of over 80% from their staff and Clients, and 16 local offices received special Five Star recognition for scoring over 90%.
