Right at Home retains 5-star Employer and Top 20 provider titles for a 6th year

Right at Home is thrilled to have secured two prestigious accolades, underlining our credibility as an industry leader in the quality care market.

In the space of just a few weeks, we have been handed a 5-star Employer Award for an incredible sixth year running and recognised as one of the Top 20 Homecare Groups in the UK by independent reviews site, homecare.co.uk.

The Employer Award is based on impressive results from our annual anonymised CareGiver Satisfaction Survey, administered by independent research company, WorkBuzz.

Over 1,630 CareGivers took part in the survey, with 95% stating they are proud to work at Right at Home and 97% agreeing that they would recommend our services.

Right at Home is also thrilled to announce that a record 38 franchise offices across the network have achieved a 5-star Employer Status locally, up from 31 last year.

Each year, Right at Home also invests in an annual Client Satisfaction Survey, to enable continuous improvement in its offering to Clients and their families. This year, 1,127 of our Clients took part in the survey, with some outstanding results.

Almost all (99%) Clients said their CareGivers treat them with respect and dignity and 98% agreed that their CareGivers are trustworthy, and they can depend on them.

The Top 20 award from homecare.co.uk, is based on reviews by people we care for, as well as their friends and relatives. This is the sixth year Right at Home has won this title.

We are currently the highest rated major national care provider on homecare.co.uk, with an overall score of 9.8/10 based on over 3,400 reviews.

In addition to this national recognition, 22 local offices across the Right at Home network were named in the Top 20 Home Care Providers for their respective areas. This highlights the impassioned work and dedication of our care teams across the UK.
