Right at Home UK is proud to have collected a string of awards over the last month, cementing our reputation as a supportive and established franchisor committed to the delivery of exceptional care.
The awards recognised our performance over the last year, as well as our franchise support offering and network-wide training initiatives.
On March 13, we were honoured to accept the award for Exceptional Franchise Performance of the Year at the 2025 HSBC Elite Franchise Top 100 celebration.
This prestigious accolade reflects the passion and expertise of our local care teams, combined with strong central support from National Office.
Lucy Campbell, CEO of RaH UK, said: “Every day, our National Office team works tirelessly to push boundaries and exceed expectations, empowering our Franchise Owners and their incredible teams to navigate sector challenges and deliver outstanding care.
“In these challenging times for both our sector and the broader business community, we're committed to positioning our entire network for success. This award validates our collaborative approach and unwavering commitment to excellence.”
Also this month, Heather Graham, our Learning and Development Officer at National Office, became the first person in the social care sector to receive a City & Guilds’ Membership award.
Heather was recognised for improving training standards and employee confidence across the RaH network.

Launched last year, the Membership Awards celebrate tutors and trainers making a significant impact on individuals and organisations.
Winners receive membership to the City & Guilds of London Institute and the use of MCGI after their name.
Heather was also handed a ‘Worshipful Company of Tallow Chandlers’ Award,’ named after the livery company that co-founded the Institute in 1878.
Collecting her awards at a ceremony in Mansion House, London, she said: “It was an incredible honour to receive such prestigious awards from the City and Guilds Institute and the Tallow Chandlers’ Company. It’s a very rewarding feeling to achieve professional recognition for the dedication I have for meaningful learning and development and the impact I’ve had on my learners.”
Heather has been a driving force behind designing and delivering some of Right at Home’s most innovative training programmes since she joined the brand in 2019.
These initiatives include the Train the Trainer programme, which received the Princess Royal Training Award in 2023.
Right at Home’s director of people and brand, Heather Wehrle, said: “Over the last two years we have developed career pathways in a range of key topics spanning the full breadth of business operations, and Heather’s work has been critical to making this possible.
“She is so passionate about the learning and development offering that we have at Right at Home and the learning journey for all the people that she trains. I couldn’t think of a more deserving person to receive such special recognition.”
Capping off a month of award wins, RaH UK was also named ‘Highly Commended’ in the Teams Support Expertise category at the 2025 Homecare Awards.
This achievement a testament to the bold steps we have taken over the last year to futureproof our growing network in the face of sector challenges.
We’ve invested ahead of the curve, resulting in an enhanced marketing, business support and training offering, to ensure our franchisees can meet the demands of the communities they serve, while supporting the wider sector to gain the recognition and funding it deserves.
