Recruitment, Marketing & Onboarding Executive 

Carrie initially joined her career in Care as a compassionate CareGiver, in she then flourished into a Recruitment, Marketing, & Onboarding Executive for Right at Home. With years of experience within the sector, she is the perfect fit for being the Recruitment, Marketing, & Onboarding Executive, which she helps ease new CareGivers when they first join.

Carrie explains that her "role varies" but she would say that she "supports the Recruitment and Marketing team by putting out Job ads according to the needs of each territory, onboarding caregivers into their new role and seeing them through their probation periods." Carrie also "looks after all the caregivers who are part of our sponsorship team" and is tasked with sending out the Gem wards.

For Carrie the most fulfilling element of her job is "sending out the Gems awards, I know it sounds silly, but reading what amazing things our caregivers do, always makes me proud of them."
