Trainer, Community Groups and Befriending Coordinator

Hayley joined the Right at Home team in 2019 as our wonderful Trainer, following several years of experience as a Caregiver.

"My role is to train new candidates and current carers in face-to-face training, ensuring all team members are fully equipped to provide outstanding person-centred care, feel confident in what they are doing and are given access to further training opportunities through diplomas and specialised training." Additionally, Hayley delivers "Love to Move" seated exercises in the community and runs the Farnham, Sunflower cafe.

Hayley describes "being able to share" her "enthusiasm for delivering excellent person-centred care" through her training as the most fulfilling aspect of her job.

When reflecting on her experience with working at Right at Home, she associates it with three words: rewarding, progressive, and teamwork.
