Hayley T is our incredible trainer and community events facilitator.  Hayley provides all of our in house homecare training which means our carers have the best possible start in their homecare career with Right at Home.

We offer four full days of training to our new carers which means whether they are new to care or have decades of experience behind them they are all trained to our high standards and are ready to go the extra mile for all of our homecare and live in clients.

Hayley will also facilitate all of our update training throughout the year which means all carers trained to the same outstanding standards.

If Hayley is delivering training she comes in at 9am and the first thing she does is set up her training room with training guides and work booklets as well as snacks throughout the day.

The induction will start in the afternoon but Hayley has to be organised because on a tuesday she will deliver one of our most popular community events; Love to Move, a seated exercise class, which supports mobility, confidence, cognitive function and is a lot of fun.

She arrives at Farnham Memorial Hall to get her Love to Move class set up, ahead of 11am, and ensures she is ready to welcome the attendees! This class lasts for just over an hour.

After Love 2 Move Hayley drives back to HQ and quickly has lunch and check her emails and the my learning cloud portal, to ensure all of her recent trainees are doing okay.

Induction day 2 then takes place in the afternoon; lasting until 4:30pm. For the last 30 minutes of the day, she makes the room tidy and checks her email once more before heading home!

WOW - what a day.

"It was professional, but you could still have a laugh with everyone - healthy balance. Felt comfortable asking questions. I also really appreciate that it was a small group, made me feel more comfortable to interact, ask and answer questions. "

"Hayley was fantastic, she’s very personable and made the learning process enjoyable and easy to follow. Adriana was also amazing at explaining dementia care."
