Reflecting on a year like no other – especially for the home care sector – Right at Home GF’s Managing Director Alastair Shanks, shares his thoughts on the challenges of 2020 and the things still to be thankful for. In his Christmas video message to staff, Alastair looks ahead too, to the challenges still to come and reasons to be hopeful in 2021.
Top of Alastair’s list is to thank staff for their tremendous efforts and commitment. There is much to be proud of as he shares his thoughts on the difference everyone in the Right at Home team makes to people’s lives – whether clients or the wider community. Like many, he is thankful to work in a secure, fulfilling and valuable job.
He also looks beyond COVID-19 to some of Right at Home’s achievements in 2020, such as industry awards, accreditations and new services. Alastair gives his thoughts on the initial challenges he expects for 2021 but his hopes as well.
