It is always a magic moment to see a client achieve a goal that makes their life a little easier or enables them to do something they enjoy but thought might not be possible. That might be climbing stairs so that they can visit a place with stairs or learning to use technology to keep in touch with loved ones far away.
Right at Home GF helps clients experience special moments all the time so the new initiative, Mini Moves to Magic Moments is all about helping clients find new ways to enjoy life’s small wins.
Because people are never too old to set a goal, all Right at Home GF CareGivers have access to an easy form that helps them and their clients chat about achievable goals they might be interested in and how – step by step – they could be reached. Right at Home GF will then review the goal and provide an action plan, risk assessment and look at whether financial support is needed.
