My Team of Superheroes

CoronaVirus is turning the world upside down. Some people are losing their jobs. Others are facing working from home for months on end, isolated from the world. My team of Superheroes are out there supporting the most vulnerable in society.

Job satisfaction and that feeling of making a difference to others has always been high up on the reasons why my team loves what they do so much. Now this has been taken to a new level, as our team gets out there when others aren’t and I can tell you, they are rising to the challenge and far beyond. So many of them have pledged to work extra hours if they need to. They have offered to take on additional responsibilities and have found alternative support to take care of their children so they can keep on being Superheroes. It feels pretty special to be part of a team on the frontline of this dreadful disease that is overshadowing our way of living.

Don’t get me wrong, we have undoubtedly got some tough times ahead, but that is what Superheroes are made for. We are likely to have team members off work due to self isolation, feeling unwell or due to possible school closures. That is why we need people like you! We need more superheroes to match the demand we are getting from people in need of our help.

We’re looking for Superheroes ?;
– Who get a kick out of making a difference to others
– Want job security in this time of uncertainty
– Have a car or want to live in with one of our clients
– Are truly caring and understand people.

Step 2: An interview to make sure you have what it takes to be a Superhero
Step 3: Induction training & shadowing an experienced Superhero
Step 4: Your Superhero work can begin
