Right at Home are a 5-star Employer

Right at Home UK has been awarded national 5* Employer status across its network of 59-locally owned and operated offices.
The business was named a 5* Employer following its annual employee engagement survey, run by independent researcher WorkBuzz. 1,175 members of staff completed the anonymous survey.
Right at Home is the most highly rated national homecare agency on the UK’s leading independent review site homecare.co.uk, with the local Right at Home GF office achieving a 9.9/10 rating.
Right at Home GF provides Clients in Guildford, Farnham, Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot, Alton and Bordon with a wide range of services, delivered in the comfortable surroundings of their own home, from personal care and companionship through to holiday and respite cover and full-time live-in care.
Commenting on the recognition, Right at Home UK CEO, Ken Deary, said: “We look after our staff in the same way as they look after our Clients and this is reflected in the results of our survey.
