Top award affirms Right at Home GF clients are in safe hands

Local homecare provider Right at Home GF is celebrating the achievement of a top award by its Registered Manager, Sara Woodley.
Ms Woodley was crowned Registered Manager of the Year at the national Right at Home celebration awards. She beat off competition from colleagues who work for other Right at Home franchises across the country.
Sara came in for praise for her phenomenal achievements and business growth over the last year. Judges were impressed with how she has gone above and beyond her standard role by managing extra territories, building strong back office teams, and supporting her teams.
Upon receiving her award, Sara Woodley said: “It was a real surprise to win the Registered Manager award. The last year has been a real challenge for me, so winning is extremely special. I want to say a huge thank you to our franchise owner Alastair Shanks who has been so supportive over the last ten years and thank you to the judges who thought I deserved this award.”

She is fiercely passionate about people’s right to receive high quality care and having been with us since 2013, she has been able to embed this standard into our business. The annual celebration awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of franchises and employees who have gone above and beyond to make a difference in clients’ lives and their local communities. Right at Home GF also secured the Single and Multi-Territory Sales award.
Right at Home GF has an Outstanding rating from the CQC. Client visits are a minimum of one hour which provides caregivers with the time to provide unrushed care and support to people living in their own homes. Services range from companionship, home help and personal care to specialist dementia care and live-in care services.
