Reflecting on a Remarkable Year at Right at Home Harrogate

As the year comes to an end, we’ve been reflecting on everything we’ve achieved at Right at Home Harrogate. From the challenges of setting up a new business to the joy of building meaningful connections with Clients and the community, it’s been a year of growth and learning.

Our journey began with in-depth training to prepare us as franchise owners. These sessions equipped us with the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality homecare services while introducing us to the values that form the foundation of Right at Home. Each step reinforced our commitment to delivering care that truly makes a difference.

Establishing our office was an exciting milestone. We wanted a space that felt welcoming and reflected the caring approach we bring to our work. After some searching, we found the perfect location—an environment that has helped us create a strong sense of community.

One of the standout moments of the year was when our Managing Director met the King, recognising her contributions to the homecare sector. It was an honour that motivated us to continue striving for excellence in everything we do.

Connecting with the Community

We’ve worked hard to build connections within the local community this year. From attending the Starbeck, Knaresborough, and Ripon festivals to distributing our first flyers, we’ve been focused on raising awareness of our services and meeting the people we aim to support.

Every milestone this year has been a significant moment for us. From receiving our first enquiry to welcoming our first Client and team member, each step has been a reminder of why we chose this path. Our first training session was especially memorable, laying the groundwork for a team dedicated to providing outstanding care.

Each new Client has been a privilege to support, and we’ve been proud to make a difference through personalised care and companionship.

Our First Christmas

Celebrating our first Christmas as a company was a meaningful way to round off the year. We brought our team together for a small celebration to reflect on our achievements and share in the festive spirit.

We also delivered gifts to all our Clients as a way of saying thank you for their trust in us. Seeing the happiness these small gestures brought was a wonderful reminder of the value of building genuine relationships.

As we reflect on the year, we’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received from the local community and the hard work of our team.
