24-Hour Support

Full-time support from professional CareGivers who understand their Client’s individual care needs.

What is 24-hour care?

24-Hour care means having a professional CareGiver on hand throughout the day and another through the night, keeping a close eye on the client to keep them safe and comfortable.

How can we help?

Right at Home offers this service to clients living in and around Harrogate. Examples of 24-hour care need could be clients with dementia who are prone to putting themselves at risk by wandering when confused, or support for those with poor mobility who are unable to move around their home without assistance or need the reassurance of having someone there. 24-hour care is also often needed as our elderly loved ones approach the end of their lives, at which time we provide complete palliative care.

Every family needing around-the-clock care for an elderly relative has their own unique story, but they are all wanting the very best for their loved one when their needs become greater than the family can manage.

We spend time getting to know and understand these needs and aim to deliver the very best care every time – we give our clients the level of care we would want for our own family members and understand the importance of first-rate communication and working in partnership with others to support them.
