I began my journey with Right at Home in 2017 as a CareGiver and was shortly promoted to a Senior Carer. I enjoy the new challenge, love the variety and the extra responsibility that the role of Training and Development Officer offers. I am still often out and about visiting clients and doing care calls which help me stay in touch with our clients and team and check that we are providing outstanding care. Other duties include training and managing our Live In business.
At home, I am a mother of two children and two grandchildren. Family is extremely important to me, and this reflects in the work I do. I am always happy to help our clients and team in any way I can, to ensure they are comfortable, happy and independent!
