In my role as Live-In Supervisor I oversee the Live In business at Right at Home which includes visiting the CareGivers on a weekly basis to help support them throughout their placement. I also aim to meet with our clients and if possible their families as well to ensure the care is at the standard expected.
In my spare time I spend most of my time running around after my two boys - this keeps me busy!!"
