5 Star Employer Award 2020

We are delighted to announce that Right at Home Havant & District has been awarded the 5 Star Employer Award for the second consecutive year running!
The Award is measured by the contribution of all of our employees, they have to answer questions about their employment with us, the support they have received throughout their time with us, whilst questioning their past present and future with Right at Home Havant & District. To receive a 5 Star Employer Award you need to receive a response rate of 70% or more plus an engagement score of 90 and above. We achieved a response rate of 90% and an engagement score of 93, which is amazing and is one of the highest in the Right at Home network, meaning we have retained our 5 Star Employer Award status.
This award is a true testament to the amazing CareGivers we have here at Right at Home Havant & District and we cannot thank them enough for their continued hard work, especially during these difficult times, they are all going above and beyond to ensure that we are able to continue providing high quality care in peoples homes.
Duncan Cameron, our Owner / Director, commented on the Award by saying, “This is a wonderful achievement. We work really hard to ensure that all of our team feel recognised, rewarded and listened to every day. We always have time for the guys and make them a top priority. The response rate is really high and the engagement score is very good too, but there are still gaps and areas that we need to improve on – we will work on this and try to better the score even more.
