December GEM Award Winners 2021

Here at Right at Home we offer GEM Awards to a member of our care team every month. These awards are presented to those who are 'Going the Extra Mile' in their job. It's our way of honoring the achievements of those individuals. It's a small gesture to show our appreciation of their hard work.

We were proud to present our December GEM Award to one of our amazing CareGivers Sharon.

Sharon is reliable – giving us frequent updates and following them through. Sharon left our organisation and was welcomed back earlier in 2021. She has created great relationships with our clients, which is always lovely to hear. She has brilliant communication, raising any concerns there may be. Sharon is invaluable to Right at Home.
