Reliability Bonus Scheme – November 2020k

Here at Right at Home Havant & Petersfield, we have a reliability bonus scheme for all of our CareGivers. They receive this bonus when they do not drop any calls for the entire month, and the amount of money grows each month. The top reliability bonus is achieved after four months of not dropping any calls ­– meaning the CareGivers are awarded for just doing their jobs.

In November, we had seven Superstar CareGivers that received the top reliability bonus, they were; Christine, Pary, Oana, Becky G, Loraine, Eileen, and Terri.

We are very keen to recognise the efforts that our CareGiver’s show, especially as they continuously go the extra mile and ensure that they are always there to provide Outstanding Care to all of our Clients.
