Right at Home Havant & Petersfield Awarded 5-star Employer Status for Second Consecutive Year

We are proud to announce that Right at Home Havant & Petersfield has been awarded the prestigious 5-star Employer Award for the 2^nd consecutive year and for the 4^th time in total. This accolade comes as a result of the network’s annual anonymised Carer Satisfaction Survey, conducted by the independent research company, WorkBuzz.

This year, 87% of our dedicated CareGivers participated in the Satisfaction Survey. Categories of the survey included –  Reward & recognition, leadership, support and training & development, Highlights from the report include:

• 100% of CareGivers agreed that they are proud to work for Right at Home

• 100% of CareGivers agreed that they are motivated to go the extra mile.

• 100% of CareGivers agreed they would recommend Right at Home’s services to those in need

In addition to the CareGiver Satisfaction Survey, Right at Home conducts an annual Client Satisfaction Survey to ensure continuous improvement in our services. This year, 47% of our valued Clients from Right at Home Havant & Petersfield participated, yielding some outstanding results:

• 100% of Clients agreed that their CareGivers make them feel safe when they visit.

• 100% of Clients agreed that their CareGivers go above and beyond to give the support needed.

• 100% of Clients agreed that their Caregivers are trustworthy and they can depend on them.
