I am a Care Coordinator / Senior Caregiver at Right at Home Hemel Hempstead, I have a passion for helping others whether in a personal or professional capacity. Always committed to providing compassionate and personalised care. As the beating heart of the office, I always provide compassionate and personalised care coordination services. I work closely with office managers, clients, families and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and utmost care.
Previously working as an HR Assistant and then later had a change of career, I have no regrets as this position within Right at Home made a life difference impact on me in a very positive way. I have experience working with diverse population, chronic disease, end of life, Autism and ADHD and elderly care.
In my position I turn to learn more as people’s ailments are different and the type of care they receive is personalised all the time and not a one size fits all.
I love eating tasty foods and wish to go places as I also love travelling. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and learn from them about their culture and beliefs.
