Hesam Resalaty

Right after completing my postgraduate degree in 2006, I joined a multinational oil & gas corporation as an Offshore Structural Engineer. Since then, the majority of my career has been spent in the energy sector.

Although I am proud of my engineering career, I was always in pursuit of something more meaningful, something that would satisfy my heart and soul. I wanted to dedicate all my energy and passion to bringing a smile to someone’s face or reducing their pain.

With my wife working as a Radiographer for various NHS trusts, I was never entirely unfamiliar with the healthcare sector. Together, we explored the homecare industry and noticed a growing demand for quality homecare services in the UK, driven by an ageing population.

Noticing my own parents growing older and gradually beginning to require help was also a contributing factor. Most recently, seeing my dad in a hospital bed and accompanying him on his way to planned surgery was quite heart-breaking.

Ultimately, Right at Home’s core values of “Trust”, “Quality”, “Compassion”, and “Respect” truly resonated with me and convinced me to take the leap and join this highly praised, award-winning franchise group in late 2024.

My team and I take great pride in improving the quality of life for our Clients and their families by helping our Clients maintain their independence and enjoy a fulfilled life, tailored to their needs, in the comfort of their own homes.
