Emma Fenn

I began my career in the care industry in 2008 in a Dementia and Alzheimer’s home, before moving on to a nursing home focusing on End-of-Life care. I worked my way up to a Senior Health Care Assistant, and then Care Home Advance Practitioner. My wealth of experience, dedication and clinical knowledge helped me to progress further and I took a role as Deputy Manager in the nursing home.

I love taking care of the clients as well as their relatives and I always aim to provide exceptional, and empathic care to our clients at Right at Home. My enthusiasm for quality care means keeping clients safe and happy has been and always will be my main ambition.

When i am not putting my experience into the Care Supervisor role and supporting all our clients and our team, I am can be found playing video games, reading or listening to music.
