Tanya Oxlade

I joined Right at Home in 2020 as Care Coordinator as being out of the care industry for 10 years. After exploring different roles in different industries I found Right at Home and was drawn to their Values and ethos and knew they were the type of care company i would be proud to work for.

I changed roles within the company in 2021 and began working as Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator. I really enjoy being able to find the special individuals that can provide high quality person centred care that Right at Home strive for.

In my spare time you will usually find me at the side of a football pitch watching my son play football or our club Reading FC. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.
