Sophie Winstanley

Sophie joined Right at Home Ilkley, Keighley & Skipton as Deputy Care Manager in October 2024.

Prior to joining Right at Home, Sophie completed a Social Work degree and worked in Child protection for 2 years. Sophie has had various care roles over a 8 year period, from care assistant up to senior care positions. She also has a keen interest in dementia and wants to progress her understanding with further study in the future.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys running, baking and exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
