I’m Bill Percy, Owner and Director at Right at Home, providing high quality home care to our clients in Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe.
My previous roles have been within the corporate drug testing sector; as a Healthcare Manager; and supporting those with learning disabilities. I enjoy delivering Dementia Awareness Workshops to healthcare professionals, voluntary groups and family carers. I’m also a Dementia Champion.
I was motivated to join the home care sector in 2011 after my Mother was diagnosed with dementia. I could see there was a greater need for high quality person-centred companionship and care, and was proud to be co-founder of a Hampshire-based homecare service for older adults which was awarded an ‘Outstanding’ rating in 2016. We now have another Outstanding-rated service with Right at Home Ipswich!
