As the Owner and Director of Care with our Hampshire-based private home care service, I was proud to lead our team to an ‘Outstanding’ rating in 2016. At the time just 2% of home care providers were awarded this rating. The regulator said there was ‘a model of personalised and compassionate care, which was a golden thread that ran through the whole of the service.’
I was an Inspector for the Care Quality Commission when we moved to Suffolk in 2018. We were again awarded an 'Outstanding' rating for Right at Home Ipswich in 2022 and we're so proud of our team and their commitment to being the best. It is my privilege to work alongside the best Caregiver and office team!
