I'm Tammy and I have been with Right at Home Ipswich, Woodbridge and Felixstowe since December 2023. I started as a Caregiver and moved to the office Team in February 2025 as Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator. I have experience in various roles from care in the community, Human Resources to many administrative roles. I've provided care to family members as well as the community here in Suffolk, and also when I lived in Scotland.
In my role with Right at Home, I'm responsible for supporting new Caregivers through the recruitment process. I also coordinate Caregiver compliance to help ensure our staff are fully compliant in their role. Both recruitment and compliance are important as excellent practice counts towards our Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commision.
I live in Ipswich with my family which includes my partner, little boy and 2 cats. In my spare time I love spending time with my family whether it be indoors or outdoors.
