We did this by first focusing on our fantastic team of CareGivers, as well as our lovely clients.

We purposefully decided to grow our business organically. This allowed us to take our time to make sure that we built the right team around us. In the first instance, we wanted to make sure that our team had the fewest stress factors around them. 

We made sure that we paid our staff well, we have always paid above the living wage. We trained our staff well and made sure there were plenty of opportunities to train further.

Right at Home was recently honoured to be awarded the prestigious Princess Royal Training Award. We wanted to build a team atmosphere by making sure that CareGivers had social get-togethers as well as joint efforts to raise money for charities, which affected some of our clients, such as Dementia Friends.
