"After many years in the corporate world, I wanted a career where I could truly make a difference. My personal experiences caring for my partner and supporting my father through dementia showed me the importance of high-quality, compassionate care. This inspired me to establish Right at Home Loughborough in 2020, during one of the most challenging times in recent history, the COVID–19 pandemic. Despite the difficulties, our team has flourished, and we’re now delivering care that we would want for our own families.
Our Registered Manager, Claire, has over 19 years of experience in care. Her background in psychology and extensive experience as a CareGiver and Care Coordinator make her an exceptional leader. Within just 16 months of becoming our Registered Manager, she was shortlisted for two awards, demonstrating her dedication to delivering exceptional care.
With the support of our our fantastic team, we have built something truly special. Our focus is always on improving quality of life and delivering care with kindness, consistency, and compassion.
