As part of her role as Field Care Supervisor, Mandy conducts supervisions with CareGivers and reviews with Clients, to ensure that our clients remain happy with the service they are receiving and their Care Plans are current and appropriate.

Mandy also shares the ‘on-call’, out-of-hours duties with Claire and Danielle. Being 'on-call' can also include visiting Caregivers and clients as required, as all of the team at Right at Home Loughborough, are always ‘carers’ first. Mandy also has ‘train-the-trainer’ accreditation so, she delivers most of our training to new CareGivers and as the regular refreshers and updates for experienced CareGivers.
