Selecting the right care provider is one of the most important decisions you'll make. Fortunately, there is a lot of information to inform this decision.

All leading providers are listed, the reviews are from clients and their families and are, therefore, a real-life review of the provider by the consumer to support the professional view of the CQC.
Google reviews are increasingly popular and influence many buying decisions. However, due to the immediacy and brevity of most reviews, these are perhaps less relevant to the social care sector at least from the perspective of clients and their families.
Another very important consideration is the reviews and feedback from the carers, as the relationship between the provider and their care staff is so important. Delivering care in a high quality, safe and compliant way is expensive, not helped by providers not being able to charge VAT on care, to attempt to keep the costs lower to local authorities and private clients, whilst still having to pay VAT on their purchases, including PPE.
