August 2016 Client Survey results

We have completed the analysis of our client survey results for July and August 2016.
The results are encouraging with 90% of those replying saying they would recommend Right at Home Windsor and Maidenhead to a friend or neighbour.
The main area of concern is changed in the schedule and communicating them clearly.
We have invested in a scheduling system this will allow clients and their relatives to see visit notes and schedules with carers and times which will help but we should always phone you if possible and let you know about any changes.
