WE ARE OVER THE MOON TO HAVE WON THIS AWARD.
Our team is celebrating this week as news reached us that Right at Home Maidenhead has been recognised as The Best Company To Work For in the whole of Windsor and Maidenhead.
The awards night took place on Friday the 27h of September 2019 at the Holiday Inn, Maidenhead. We were up against four other great businesses. These were Berkshire College of Agriculture, Gardner Leader, BWP Group Ltd and Brandelity.
Right at Home Windsor & Maidenhead are delighted to have been awarded this award, we are all over whelmed. Scott MacRae the owner of Right at Home Windsor & Maidenhead has said “I am extremely pleased for us all to have won this award, we work really hard to ensure all of our staff are happy. A career as a caregiver can be a very tough job but yet so rewarding. Receiving rewards like this also make it all worth while. We support our caregivers and the whole team as much as we can by having an open door policy, doing weekly calls, a Whatsapp group for to give each other support, monthly newsletter, weekly catch up and ongoing training. We are flexible when it comes to peoples families and we work with our caregivers to ensure there is a work life balance. We hope us receiving this award will encourage other people to consider care as a career.”
