Outstanding client feedback from our Right Care Survey 2022

Results from our latest client survey show that Right at Home, Maidenhead CareGivers provide a life enhancing level of service

 

We work hard at Right at Home Maidenhead to provide high quality care for our customers at all times. We know that it can make a real difference to people’s lives giving them a quality of life that they wouldn’t otherwise enjoy. However apart from anecdotally it’s difficult to know just how life enhancing our care can be, which is why we conduct regular surveys amongst our clients and their families.

In almost all the categories CareGivers received an overwhelming vote of support, with 96% saying they would be very likely or likely to recommend Right at Home. That kind of endorsement means a lot as we know a recommendation from a friend is far more valuable than a random search where it is difficult to judge the results.

 

Just as importantly CareGivers are endorsed for making a positive difference to their clients lives.

 

95% say their CareGivers are caring. It’s sad that this industry attracts many carers who just see their role as a job without really offering the emotional level of support that we are so proud of with our CareGivers. For clients and carers alike, we know that making a connection is vitally important, hence being endorsed for being caring is real vote of confidence for all of the Right at Home CareGiving team.

 

This result matches with others that show that clients feel contented with the care they receive:

 

  • 95% say their CareGivers are trustworthy and dependable

 

  • 95% say their CareGivers treat them with respect

 

  • 95% say their CareGivers make them feel safe when they visit

 

All of these things are important as we continuously look to improve the care that we provide. Right at Home, Maidenhead is renowned for the energy we put into training the CareGivers who make a difference to clients lives. So even where there is just a small gap in satisfaction levels we are looking to improve with continuous training and monitoring.

 

Our role is to help elderly and vulnerable people have a better quality of life. To assist them with the tasks they can no longer do themselves so that they feel safe, comfortable and contented. As anyone who has looked after a family member in their declining years can tell you it is often a thankless and frustrating task, but our CareGivers are chosen for their positive attitudes and real compassion for their clients.

 

Therefore, for anyone looking to find a CareGiver through Right at Home, Maidenhead it will be incredibly reassuring to know that 96% of our clients say their CareGivers are well matched to their care needs.
