She explains a bit about herself and working in care and for Right at Home.

My name is Nazineem Comfort Sebuliba. I’m 23 years old and I am currently a live in carer working for Right at Home Maidenhead. My first impression about Right at home is the strong team as everyone works together and there’s always assistance when you need it and everyone is treated very well and lovely people around.

Before I joined Right at home I have experience in care where I worked in a residential care home as a care assistant.

⁠In my spare time I like to go and visit my family. I like to visit new places and learn about different things and also I like knitting.

What has surprised me most about Right at Home is the level of positive feedback I get both from my bosses and clients and it’s always a nice thing to hear that you’re doing your job right.

Being able to fit/ attend to personal responsibilities around work is the most challenging thing about being a carer. Working with different clients as people are all different and they all like different things but it is also a good thing as I get to learn different things from different people.

Being part of a supportive team is the bit I enjoy the most about working at Right at Home. The open communication and the continuous learning as there’s always something new to learn and also the recognition and rewards to carers who improve or do their job well.

Before joining right at home I was training for Cabin crew but didn’t go through with it and before that I was a trainee pharmacy assistant. Also in my previous experience I was a retail associate and at the same time working as a care assistant.

I like art, drawing and painting, making craft. I used to be the best in school.

I would tell someone who is thinking about joining the team to definitely go for it 100% as there is a very supportive environment, growth of more opportunities and recognition.

I think clients would describe me as patient, willing to learn, easy to communicate to and a comfort.

I first got involved with right at home when I was searching for jobs online I came across Right at home, read about the company their amazing job opportunities and seemed like a great fit for my personality and values.
