NS- Nick phoned to say Hasnain is brilliant and that he is doing an amazing job
PL daughter Bindy- would like to nominate Richard for caregiver of the month. “His care and consideration for my dad in his twilight years was intuitve kind and care especially in his last few weeks. Richard brightened my dads days and helped him shave and chatted to him with such empathy. He is also intuitive and kind to my mother who always brightens when she sees him. He knows when to talk, he knows when to be quiet. JUST A BRILLIANT CARER AND ONE THAT MADE A DYNING MAN’S LAST DAYS BETTER IN SO MAY WAYS.”
JG- Jenny called to say that “Rimi is very lovely and I don’t know what I would do without her”.
EA son Jon- Sent a card to the office which complimented his mum’s caregivers for their support “would you be kind enough to pass on my gratitude to all of your staff, who cared for her over these 4 years”.
MS son Julian- Julian phoned and complimented Helen for dealing with the pads and arrangements with the nurses as this was excellent client customer service.
AG- Aleyn Grellier called the office and spoke to Rubi. He mentioned how Helen was absolutely brilliant that morning, she had completed a lot of tasks confidently and he was very grateful for all her help.
