Right at Home is awarded a Five-Star Employer in Maidenhead
We are delighted to announce that we have just been awarded a Five-Star Employer status for the year of 2024 by independent researcher Work Buzz.
Right at Home Maidenhead places great importance in listening to our CareGivers and office employees. We understand that creating a positive work environment where our CareGivers and office staff feel valued and supported translates into providing the best service to our clients. Having an independent research done yearly is one of the ways we listen to employee feedback.

Right at Home Maidenhead is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator for health and social care. We offer person-centred, individually tailored and compassionate care services to people in the comfort of their own home across the areas of Maidenhead, Marlow, Burnham, Henley and Windsor. Services include companionship, personal care, respite care, live-in care and dementia care. The business opened in April 2013 and now employs 50 CareGivers. It has been awarded the Five-Star Employer award in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
